Brand and Distributor Terms

Version 2.0 · updated 7 September 2026

These terms govern a company's use of the Falose brand portal and dashboard. By registering you confirm that you are authorised to bind the company, and the company agrees to these terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice and the Content and Corrections Policy.

1. One dashboard, one price, one formula

Every brand and distributor gets the same dashboard on the same terms. When there is a fee, it is the same fee for everyone on the same plan. Nothing a company does or pays changes a score, a receipt, a reel, or the order of any list. There is no paid placement and none is for sale. These are published rules at falose.com/rules and we treat breaking them as breaking this contract.

2. What you warrant

For every submission you warrant that: (a) the nutrition values, ingredients, additives, veg mark, allergen statement and claims match what is printed on the current retail pack, per 100 g or ml; (b) you hold the rights to the names, images and material you submit and license them to us under section 4; (c) your FSSAI licence and other regulatory details are valid and current; (d) you will resubmit promptly when a reformulation changes the label; and (e) you will not submit data about a competitor's product.

3. Review, scoring, removal

We may accept, decline, correct, quarantine or remove any listing at our discretion, including where data fails plausibility checks or a shopper report indicates the shelf differs from the listing. Approval means the data passed review, not that we endorse the product. Scores are computed by the published methodology and are not negotiable. By listing you accept that the resulting score, receipt and reel, whatever they show, may be displayed and shared.

4. Licence to us

You grant Falose a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt (including rendering pack images as one-bit "receipt" prints) and display the submitted data, names and images on the Service and in Falose materials, including social media, for describing, scoring, comparing and explaining the product. The licence survives termination for material already published.

5. What you see about shoppers

The dashboard shows aggregates only: counts of views, scans, searches, taste votes and similar, computed over at least twenty people. You never receive an individual shopper's identity, history, profile or health information, and you may not attempt to re-identify anyone. Data from health profiles is never an input to anything you see.

6. Corrections and right of reply

If you believe a listing, score, receipt or reel rests on incorrect data, write to the Grievance Officer with the current pack label. We acknowledge within 24 hours, verify against the pack, and correct within 15 days if the label supports the correction. You may supply a short factual statement (up to 300 characters) that we display beside the record, marked as the brand's statement. We do not remove or alter a score that the label supports.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify Falose and its operators against claims, losses and costs arising from data you submitted being false or misleading, from your breach of these warranties, or from third-party rights claims over material you submitted.

8. Access, fees, changes, termination

Portal access is by your registered email and password; anything submitted from the account is attributed to the company. The current plan is free; no charge applies without your explicit agreement to a plan and its price. We may update these terms; material changes raise the version, are notified to your registered email, and require acceptance at next sign-in. Either party may end the account on notice; sections 3 (display of material already published), 4, 6, 7 and 9 survive.

9. Law and contact

Governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: legal@falose.com. Grievance Officer: Mihir Panchal, grievance@falose.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021 require. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India for personal-data matters or a consumer forum for others.
